Felmoor Park - Yolo Retreat

Yolo Retreat is a contemporary lodge on a quiet 40-acre park between Morpeth and Alnwick. The single-storey property has two bedrooms (one double, one with twin singles), a shower room, and an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining and lounge areas. A private hot tub sits on decked ground to the rear, where you can soak after exploring the county. One car can park on site.

Essentials including wi-fi, heating, bed linen and towels are covered. The kitchen has what you need to cook—electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge and freezer. The living area has a smart TV with Netflix and an electric fire. Access involves 4 steps to the entrance. The wider grounds are shared with other properties on the park and include a lake with resident swans, a children's play area and garden furniture, plus an on-site restaurant and café a short walk away. No smoking is permitted inside.

The location puts you within reach of Morpeth's historic market town, Alnwick Castle and its formal gardens, and the Northumbrian Heritage Coast. One dog is welcome here at no extra cost.
