Beadnell sits on Northumberland's coast as a working fishing village with a quiet, established character. Gullsway is a detached bungalow positioned directly across the road from the beach, its windows framing sea views from the living room where a wood burner provides warmth on cooler days. The whole property is yours alone, arranged on a single storey for straightforward access: three bedrooms (two doubles and a bunk room), a bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen and living space with a dining area.
The kitchen is equipped for proper cooking – electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and full-size fridge – while essentials like electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included. Behind the house, a fully enclosed patio garden with furniture makes a sheltered spot to sit. Two parking spaces are on site. One well-behaved dog can join you. The property does not permit smoking.
Beadnell Village Shop is within walking distance, as are several pubs serving food. The area draws water-sports enthusiasts – sailing, kayaking and windsurfing happen here regularly – and those simply wanting coastal walks. Seahouses harbour lies two miles north, with boat trips to the Farne Islands departing regularly; Bamburgh and its castle lie a few miles further along the coast.
