Beadnell is a established holiday village on the Northumberland coast, where Merrywind stands directly facing the sea. The beach lies just beyond the garden—close enough to hear the waves from the house. A village shop serves everyday needs nearby, and the setting draws families and couples looking for a straightforward seaside break without the crowds of larger resorts.
The house spreads across two floors with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Downstairs, an open-plan living and dining space centres on a wood-burning stove, with large windows framing the water. A sun room overlooks the rear garden, and the kitchen has everything needed for self-catering—electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. An additional shower room on the ground floor means guests don't need to head upstairs. Two of the first-floor bedrooms have sea views; one includes an ensuite shower. The third bedroom has two single beds. An enclosed garden with patio and furniture suits families with children or dogs, and there's space for a barbecue.
Electricity, wifi, bed linen and towels are included, along with initial fuel for the stove. One small dog is welcome. The property sleeps 6 and is yours alone—no shared spaces, no other guests. Parking accommodates three cars. Check-in is after 4pm; checkout is before 10am.
