Ground level holds the kitchen and dining space, equipped for proper cooking, plus a utility room with washer and dryer—practical if you're staying longer than a weekend. Upstairs, the living room has a balcony overlooking the neighbourhood; two bedrooms and a bathroom sit on this floor. The top storey adds two more bedrooms and a shower room, giving flexibility for families or friends sharing. Altogether the property sleeps seven.

The three bedrooms mix configurations: one has a kingsize and single bed, the others are twins. All have Freeview TV. Essentials like electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included. An enclosed patio with seating is accessible from the house, and a garage offers bike storage. One dog can stay free. The cottage is no-smoking throughout.

Amble's working harbour lies a five-minute walk away, with fishing boats, fish and chip shops, and a coastal path stretching both directions. The town itself has the usual amenities. You can bring a dog; a travel cot and highchair are available on request.
