Oak Tree Barn is a converted stone barn on the edge of Otterburn village, sitting between river valley and moorland in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The property sleeps four across two bedrooms—one double, one with twin singles—and has one bathroom with a bath and shower. The ground floor combines living, dining and kitchen in one open space, with a multi-fuel burner for warmth on cooler days; upstairs are the two bedrooms. Electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included. There is private parking for two cars on site, and a sitting area with garden furniture overlooks a grassed area across a small public footpath.
The village sits on the edge of Northumberland National Park, close to the River Rede and within reach of Kielder Water, Hadrian's Wall and the coast. A pub lies within a mile. Walking, cycling, fishing, horse riding and golf are all nearby. Otterburn Mill, housed in the village's former weaving buildings, is open for afternoon tea. The property does not permit smoking, but one well-behaved dog is welcome.

nice barn inside the location of the barn is a joke at 11pm-3am teenage boys run and shout down the public pathway right outside the front door i don't know why you would want to go on holiday to a council estate anyway each to there own, not for me.
