Prudhoe Mews
Northumberland
Prudhoe Mews is a ground floor apartment within a Victorian building dating from 1860, positioned a few yards from Alnmouth's sandy estuary and beaches. The village itself sits at the heart of Northumberland's coast, making it ideal for families seeking seaside access without the bustle of larger resorts. Groups of up to six will find comfortable space here, and one well-behaved pet is welcome.
The layout gives everyone their own area to spread out. You have a living and dining room with a gas fire and Freeview television, a kitchen equipped for proper cooking—oven, hob, dishwasher and washing machine included—and three separate bedrooms: one with a king bed, one with a double, and one with two singles. Two bathrooms mean less queuing in the mornings. Bed linen, towels, wi-fi and all heating and power are provided. There is parking for two cars on site and a bike store for exploring the coast. A front garden and enclosed patio with seating complete the picture.
Alnmouth's shop is a short walk away. Inland, Alnwick Castle and its extensive water gardens are within reach, while boat trips to the Farne Islands bring seal and puffin colonies within view. The property is entirely yours for the duration of your stay, and note that smoking is not permitted inside.
