Spittal Beach is less than a mile away, and Berwick-upon-Tweed's historic town centre lies just across the bridge. The harbour, Elizabethan walls, and riverside walks are all within easy reach on foot, while The Maltings Theatre and Cinema sit in the town itself. This makes Sunrise Cottage a practical base for exploring the Northumberland coast and the Scottish borders beyond.

The bungalow is single-storey throughout, with two double bedrooms, each with a Smart TV and Netflix access. The main bedroom has views across the River Tweed. A shower room with grab rail and shower seat serves the property, along with a separate kitchen and living room. The kitchen is equipped for cooking—electric oven, gas hob, microwave, coffee machine and washer-dryer—while the living area has a gas fire and another Smart TV. Wifi, heating, bed linen and towels are included in your stay. A back garden with seating area overlooks the river. One dog is welcome to stay at no extra cost; the property is non-smoking.

The cottage sleeps four and is yours alone. There is on-road parking, and a highchair is available if needed.
