ROK House is a well-equipped terraced home in Amble town centre, sleeping up to 5 guests across three bedrooms and two bathrooms. A king bed, zip-and-link super king (divisible into singles), and a single complete the sleeping arrangements, while a sofa bed in the second living room offers flexible extra space. The kitchen comes with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, opening via bi-fold doors onto a paved patio with garden furniture and a barbecue. Two separate living areas give family groups room to spread out—one with a 49-inch Smart TV and gas fire, the other with a 60-inch Smart TV. Essentials like gas central heating (including underfloor heating on the ground floor), electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are all covered. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available for younger children.
The location puts you steps from Amble's working harbour and marina, with a small beach nearby. The town centre has fish restaurants, chip shops and an ice cream parlour; boat trips run from the harbour to Coquet Island for the RSPB bird sanctuary. Warkworth's historic village lies two miles away along a riverside walk. Parking for two cars is on site, and one pet stays free. Smoking is not permitted inside.
