Sandstell Point Apartments - Upper Sandstell Point

Northumberland

Photo: Google Maps

Upper Sandstell Point is a first-floor apartment right above the promenade at Spittal, looking out across Sandstell Point and the Northumberland coastline. The open-plan living space has a large window that brings in natural light and views; the kitchen is fitted with an electric oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. One bedroom has a double bed, the other twin beds. There is one shower room. A sitting area with garden furniture overlooks the shared lawned garden in front of the building. Essentials including wi-fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are provided, along with gas central heating; parking is on the road and there is a shared bike store. No smoking is permitted.

The beach is 100 metres away. A pub and shop are within walking distance, and Berwick-upon-Tweed—with its Elizabethan walls, range of restaurants and a railway station—is 2 miles inland. The property sits within the Berwickshire and Northumberland Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, making it a base for exploring fishing villages, castles and stately homes along the coast, or heading inland to Northumberland National Park and its Dark Skies designation. Tidal Holy Island is accessible nearby, and boat trips to the Farne Islands depart from Seahouses. Upper Sandstell Point can be booked alongside the neighbouring Sandstell Point apartment to sleep eight guests in total.
