Sycamore Cottage suits families and small groups wanting a self-catering base on the Northumberland coast. It sleeps six across three bedrooms: a double on the ground floor with its own shower room, a second double upstairs, and a third room with bunk beds. There are two bathrooms in total. The whole property is yours alone, with private parking for two small to medium cars and a rear garden with seating and a barbecue.

Ground-floor living centres on a sitting room with a smart TV and open fire, leading through to a kitchen and dining space fitted out for proper cooking—electric oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and microwave. One dog or cat can stay free. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and electricity are included; the open fire comes with an initial fuel supply. The property is no smoking, and a stairgate is fitted.

You are roughly six minutes by car from Amble, a working fishing village with a harbour, pubs, cafés and restaurants. The Northumberland coast proper—beaches, rock pools, coastal walks—is within easy reach, as are inland towns like Alnwick and Warkworth.
