Got too Overstrand beach had to wait for tide to go out unfortunately but when it did the beach was lovely. It was quiet and there's a cafe at the top which sell lovely meals/drinks very nice. The carpal is large with a play park for children which was lovely. Will definitely visit again.

Beautiful unspoilt beach. Used to holiday here as a kid. Returned about 50 years later and doesn’t feel like it has changed. Some street parking or a car park. Lovely cafe at the top of cliff. Steep path down but if you can get there for low tide there is a massive sandy beach. Dog restrictions in places but the beach goes all the way to Cromer so you can find somewhere to let them enjoy themselves. Loved it

Lovely beach with steep path leading down. It's possible to walk along the beach to Cromer and back along the cliff side path past the golf course back to the car park. Pay by app or cash. A little expensive. Coffee and ice creams available on warm days. Popular with dog walkers.

Absolutely loved my visit to Overstrand. Had a fabulous time exploring the deep history coast. Walked miles and miles along the beach as the tide went out and found plenty of interesting fossils to look at. Watched the kestrel hunting over the cliffs and a seal swimming in the sun. The sunset looking out towards Cromer pier was lovely and we even had a seal join us and he was swimming right in front of where we were sitting. What is not to love.
