A beautiful converted barn in quiet Oxfordshire, friendly and welcoming. The rooms are well appointed and very comfortable. The weather was scorching but each room has a fan to keep it cool. There is a large common room to relax in and a lovely breakfast area opening onto the garden. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with a very good choice. Excellent value. I would highly recommend it.

Had the pleasure of staying here for 2 nights, lovely location just of the road and easy to find. slightly on the expensive side considering breakfast isn't included in the price. Lovely host, lovely barn! Isn't suitable to non drivers, unless you are using taxis, because just off a main road can't walk to local locations. Really enjoyed our stay.

We loved everything about our stay here. The couple running Sabine are lovely, welcoming and attentive. The barn is beautiful but simply decorated. Everything about our stay was easy and relaxing and breakfast was delicious! We will definitely look to return if looking to stay around Oxford again.
