This Victorian guest house on Sands Road has 15 rooms, including family rooms and a bridal suite, each with an en-suite bathroom, flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi.

Our 2nd stay here, didn't disappoint. Room lovely and clean, bed comfortable and spacious. Breakfast 5* Paul and Hayley take huge pride in their jobs and make you feel very welcome and take time to have a chat with you at night in the bar over a pint . We've already booked for next year. We have found " A gem of a place"

very nice guest house good location close to beach main high street train bus station owners are very nice always make me feel welcome bedrooms are nice and comfortable well maintained and clean breakfast is fabulous i always have a lovely stay

Lovely place to stay. Rooms very clean and comfortable, soft towels and lovely bedding. Beds very comfortable. Shower really good. Toiletries very nice. Very friendly hosts, breakfast choice is really good and food is lovely. Ideally situated for visiting lots of places. Five minute walk to train station and bus station. 3 minute walk to sea front. 3 minute walk to shops, cafes.
