Great location, excellent foid, great hospitality, Tom couldnt do enough for our stay. People have posted noisy, but that is out of proprioters hands due to a building collapsing in town diverted traffic meant mire traffic than normal passed hotel, this is never the case nirmally, stayed before and no issues, just unfirtunate this time, but is what ut is. An incredible experience for our first time in the UK. Tom is such a lovely host, he made sure we had everything we could possibly need and he was truly kind to offer dinner when we could not find an open place in Paington. Our English breakfast was delicious and abundant. We were only for a night but we will definitely come back to Tom’s place in the near future.

Booked a last minute stay what a little gem of a place. Greated with a warm welcome from Tom the owner shown to our room. We had a small double was a lovely size, room was clean and well presented. We pre ordered our breakfast for next day. Can recommend the eggs and avocado on toast . We will be back

Rosie and her family were very friendly upon check in, great service aswell as the rooms being lovely, fresh and bright! A few minute walk to the beach and town so perfect location, I would defiantly recommend and stay again! Thanks so much.
