Love coming to swim here. Only 3 stars because they don't keep to the lane swimming times they advertise on the website, so I was turned away on multiple occasions even though on the website the slot was advertised as lane swimming. Some of the changing rooms have no locks on them and occasionally they close all the modern changing rooms for cleaning so you have no choice but to use one of these old ones. Hoping they will get their websites updated regularly and that they will consistently provide a clean and private changing area.

Amazing service today from Bernice i came in with my 5 year old son and she was unbelievable. She was running the desk on her own, she had it all under control the phone was going she was serving people and making sure my son and i were ok as we came in to sign up in the store. She had managed to get us booked onto the next day swimming lessons. She made my life so easy and i left with a very happy 5 year old! She definitely deserves some credit as she went WAY over her pay.

Great New upgrade. Coffee shop not open yet. Swimming pool was great toddler and baby pool great size. Soft play okay for older children but toddler area didn't have alot in it.

I mostly go there for the gym. It's received new equipment throughout, which is awesome, but now the standard seated leg press and the Smith machine are gone... guess what I was using most! Really good gym otherwise. Wish people would train more than staring at their phones and blocking the equipment.
