Woodview Glamping - What an amazing weekend we had, we were blessed with gorgeous weather and had a great time. Tony was extremely accommodating, nothing we asked was too much trouble. We hired all 6 bell tents so had the whole field to ourselves which was great. Ample pots/pans/cutlery provided, two gas bbqs, showers and very clean toilets. Would highly recommend this site, lovely and quiet, kids all had an amazing time with no tablets or phones!

Wonderful time, we celebrated a 'hen do' at this perfect Glamping site. There were 26 of us, the area was large enough to allow us to play games, the facilities were totally adequate for our needs and all had a GREAT time. Our family also stayed at the beautiful Farm house which is available near the Glamping site. The house had ample rooms, all of which were clean and extremely comfortable. All facilities available were excellent (games for all, washing areas, large kitchen & dining area, TV (all channels), communal lounge area and also outdoor seating together with BBQ both gas & charcoal)

We stayed here over the weekend with a group of family and friends spread out between two glamping teepees and the shepherd's hut. We opted for the full package so that we could pack lighter which included bedding, towels and cook/tableware. In terms of value for money, we all agreed that it was a great price and well-worth it. We had a fab time going for walks and playing games in the fields. As far as facilities go, they're pretty bog-standard for a campsite but we were all very happy. Definitely somewhere to come if you want good quality time and the proper camping experience. There is an outdoor shower which is a nice touch but it could be slightly better lit at night. If I was giving advice to anyone booking here, I'd say that it might be worth bringing some of your own cooking equipment including sharp knives -which I like to do anyway because it's always easier catering for a group when you're comfortable with what you're handling- the offerings from this perspective are pretty basic but Tony was wonderfully kind and accommodating and chucked in loads of little extras. He was also really lovely in welcoming our family who all arrived at different times and with a possiblity of a train strike affecting our next days travel, he was very kind and helpful. We had a 5 star stay and made lovely memories. I wouldn't call it GLAM per se-, but if you aren't after luxury and you just want some good ol' downtime, out in nature and beautiful surroundings, some fresh air and cosy evenings plus the added bonus of dealing with a very nice host- this might be what you're looking for. 👍 P.s. The wheel barrels and cart where a touch!
