About Travelodge Pembroke Dock
Pembroke Dock is best known as a ferry gateway to Ireland, and Travelodge Pembroke Dock sits within walking distance of both the port and the town centre, making it a practical stop whether you're breaking a journey or staying locally. The hotel has 51 en-suite rooms spread over two floors, with free on-site parking at the front and side of the building and an electric vehicle charge point for those who need it.
Rooms come with tea and coffee making facilities and drinks in room, and several can be set up with pull-out beds for families. Reception is staffed 24 hours a day, and pets are welcome. It's worth noting that hot water has occasionally been reported as an issue, so it's not without the odd hiccup, though the rooms themselves are generally kept clean and comfortable.
There's no restaurant on site, but pubs, bars and eateries are all nearby, along with entertainment options and fishing for those wanting to explore beyond the hotel. Staff are consistently described as friendly and helpful, and the combination of free parking and straightforward pricing makes it a good-value base for exploring Pembroke Dock or catching an early ferry.

Rachel??? What about Roxy?! A top tier service tag team? Really clean hotel, ideal location, parking etc but its the service you get that makes this a standout! We have stayed more than once and all the staff are a credit to their company. So nice to be greeted by genuinenly pleasant staff. Ordered Chinese takeaway from the Golden Bowl, and it was also outstanding. Very quick service.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. They gave great recommendations for local restaurants/ pubs and gave us some great local knowledge. There are several supermarkets close by and a range of food pubs / restaurants within walking distance. Parking was not a problem even on late arrival.

We had no hot water on the first morning and they refunded our first nights stay without hesitation. The room was clean and the staff were outstanding. Will definitely use this Travelodge again. Decent prices and good location

Throughout our stay we had no hot water so could not shower or wash. On reporting this to Reception, we received conflicting messages on why this was - new boilers were not working at capacity and the hotel was busy so we needed to let the water run to only one boiler was working. We returned back early on Saturday so as to be able to shower before the hotel was busy, but still no hot water after running the shower for 15 minutes. The receptionist on checkout Sunday morning offered an evoucher- she took our details and said she would log the issue and the voucher should be sent out immediately. Over 48 hours later, we have still not received the voucher.
