About Castle Farm Camping Site

Tucked away near Pembroke, Castle Farm Camping Site makes a sensible base for exploring Pembrokeshire's coastal drama and market towns. The site keeps things straightforward with clean shower blocks, washing-up facilities and an on-site café-restaurant – handy after a day on the coast path. Dogs are welcome, and with watersports, fishing and horse riding all within easy reach, there's plenty to keep active families and couples occupied. While it won't win prizes for glamour, the combination of decent facilities, nearby public transport links and a genuinely useful location means it does the job well for those who value convenience over bells and whistles.

What visitors say

George

Booked a three day stay Friday - Monday beginning July for a car tent with electric. I was looking for a small but quiet place to get away for a few days and glad I found this place on searching. On arrival Allison was very friendly and helpful let me pitch up and settle in before finalising the booking with payment, I did offer to do it before hand but she was super nice and helpful and insisted I sort it when settled in. The site on first impression is a working farm with basic no frills amenities, the other guests, campers were friendly most said hello and chatted, there seemed to be a mixed collection of visiting campers and regular judging by some of the setups which I did not mind. The area is nice and secluded for peace and quiet while walking and getting away from all the town or city life reminded me of a small village where I once lived miles from nowhere but with lovely countryside and the sea. The site has a small shop for the basics so again ideal for tent camping as don’t have to worry to much about milk or cold drinks. The site was extremely quiet before 10pm with little movement again ideal and I loved compared to some of the bigger ones iv stayed. I’d highly recommend if your after a peaceful and quiet site with basic amenities and at very good rates. Thanks Allison and your team for the pleasant stay.

Lovely little campsite. The lady who runs it is very friendly and laid back. Only one round here open at this time of year! Nice hot showers and good hot water system for the dishes. Thanks Alison! :)

We stayed in the West bungalow, had everything we needed. Alison and Gary are very friendly, it's set in a beautiful village, away from the busy towns. To beaches within a short walk, one sandy. Two good pubs and the fab wave crest which has great fridge cake. If you want to escape to the coast to recharge this is perfect for you, or you can fish within a short walk, launch your Kayaks or paddleboard. Can highly recommend a stay at Castle farm.

Lovely little campsite right by the coast path, perfect if you are a walker. Bonus points for "The Little Shop on Wheels", which offers anything you may need, including delicious freshly made breakfast baps on weekends!
