Lovely campsite! Good, clean services; like toilets and showers (though, for reference, showers cost 50p!). Great views of the fields and sunsets. Certain shops, beaches and walks within small driving distance, but there is also a nearby shooting range just to be aware of. Rowland, the owner, was very kind and welcoming. All around an unforgettable trip!

5 star all the way. The view is what you stay for. Absolutely stunning with the sunset. The campsite set up is basic, but its clean, well built toilets and showers. Washing up area. Bins for general, recycling, and glass. Electric hook up if you need, with firm ground pitches if you need it. Most of all, awesome site manager, lovely charming chap. Low price too. I paid double for a "purpose built site" but had screaming kids, adults up till silly hours, not sound aware, and no view, just hedge rows. Nothing like that here, the only thing I can hear is bird song and cows mooing. The sea just down the road, too. We will definitely come again.

Really enjoyed this campsite. Rowland was very easy to deal with and as we only stayed one night we didn’t get to meet him. The site is basic but there is electric hook up if needs be. The view out is great. The army range is nearby so be cautious if you don’t like sudden loud noises as the army can practice during the day and up to 3am but it didn’t disturb us at all. Plenty of space for everyone and if you don’t need hook up you can pitch up wherever you want. This is obviously a very popular site as there are a large number of long term caravans on site. The beach is about a 50 minute walk if you don’t want to drive to it. Worth a visit if you are a Harry Potter fan and want to pay your respects to Dobby.
