The rear garden wraps around the property with a patio, sitting area and barbecue. You can park up to four cars on site, and there's a lockable shed for bikes and outdoor kit. A short walk brings you to Llawhaden, where castle ruins overlook the Eastern Cleddau River. The nearby leisure attractions—Oakwood, Heatherton and Folly Farm—are all within twenty minutes by car. Llys-y-Frân Lake, three and a quarter miles away, has sailing, kayaking, cycling and other activities. The owners, who farm here, offer guided tours if you arrange it directly with them. No smoking inside the property.
