Church Cottage spreads across two floors with five bedrooms and four bathrooms, making it a straightforward choice for large groups. Downstairs, the living space centres on a kitchen with a full range of cooking equipment, opening to a dining room with French doors onto a patio. A utility room handles laundry, and a wet room provides extra shower capacity. Upstairs, a study offers quiet space, and the remaining bedrooms include two kingsize suites with spa baths and three rooms with single beds. A fourth bathroom serves the upper storey.

The cottage sits on a private lane near Narberth in Pembrokeshire, surrounded by meadows and woodland. A stream runs through the wrap-around garden, which has two patios and sitting areas; there is a step down to part of it, and a pond on the property. An external building contains a pool table and table tennis. You can park four cars on site. One well-behaved dog stays free—it should be kept on a lead when sheep are in the surrounding fields. The essentials are covered: bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, electricity and heating all come as standard. A travel cot and highchair are available. No smoking throughout.

A lovely cottage in a perfect peaceful location, a short drive to explore the wonderful Pembrokeshire countryside, or just a short walk to the nearest castle makes staying here a must. It's clean cosy and comfy perfect for dogs, what more could you want.

Church Cottage is an absolute gem! We have stayed here several times and absolutely love the cottage, the gardens and its location. Sitting out in the garden on a lovely sunny day, there really is no better place, surrounded by the stunning St Aidan’s Church and the sounds of the river and birds, it really is a beautiful place to spend time. The cottage itself is a proper quaint and characterful cottage. Inside is well laid out and decorated to make it very cosy. We love spending the evening watching TV all cuddled up on the sofa. The bedrooms are also very comfortable with plenty of storage. The gardens are perfect for spending time with the family with plenty of seating provided, along with a fire pit and a barbeque. The kids were fascinated by the river at the end of the garden. We have a small dog who also loved the garden and there is a gate separating the top half of the garden from the bottom so there is no worry of the dog jumping in the river for a swim! There are plenty of walks around the cottage through the woods or up to Llawhaden itself to explore the small town and castle. There is also a very pleasant walk to Robeston Wathen which has a lovely pub called The Bush Inn, which serves good food. The cottage is really well equipped with everything you could need for a stay and is always immaculately presented. The welcome hamper was also a really nice touch. The owners are also really friendly and a joy to deal with, keeping you informed and are always contactable should you need them. This really is a special place and a perfect base for exploring the main areas of West Wales. Would highly recommend Church Cottage and will definitely be staying again.
