Cwm Eithin began as a farm barn in the 1600s and has been converted into a stone cottage with genuine character. It sits in quiet countryside on the St Davids Peninsula, surrounded by rural lanes ideal for walking. A stream runs through the grounds, and the west-facing garden looks out across a gorse glen towards the remains of a tiny 6th-century church. The setting feels genuinely remote while staying within reach of beaches, pubs and the villages of Solva and Porthgain.
The cottage has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, sleeping up to 6 people across a kingsize bed and four singles. Everything is on the ground floor, including a living room with woodburner, TV and radio, plus a kitchen/dining room fitted with a cooker, dishwasher, microwave and tumble dryer. A shower room is separate from the main bathroom. Electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included; logs for the wood burner are supplied. One dog is welcome and can stay free.
Nearby beaches include Whitesands and Abereiddy, both within reasonable driving distance. Many are dog-friendly. The cottage suits families or groups wanting a country base, and anyone interested in walking, surfing or exploring the peninsula's coves. Parking is available on site, with additional garage storage.
