Fountain Hill

Fountain Hill is a six-bedroom farmhouse on its own in rural Pembrokeshire, sleeping up to 12 guests. The property comes fully equipped: bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are all included, along with initial fuel for the wood burners. The kitchen has a full range of appliances including an American fridge freezer, dishwasher, electric oven and hob, so you can cook as simply or ambitiously as you like. There's a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer for longer stays.

Across the ground and first floors you'll find six bedrooms—a mix of king and super king arrangements, some with zip-and-link beds that split into singles on request. Four bathrooms serve the property, fitted with either showers or roll-top baths and heated towel rails. The ground floor has two sitting rooms (one with a Freeview TV and wood burner, the other with DVD player) and a dining room. Outside, a large garden with patio, furniture and BBQ space overlooks an orchard; a private hot tub seats six. The house sits on a natural water supply and there is an unfenced stream about 150 yards into the garden. One dog is welcome, though the surrounding countryside is sheep farming territory so animals must be kept on a lead. Parking for five cars is provided. Non-smoking property.
