Families and groups of six will find The Barn works well: three bedrooms on the ground floor mean children can be settled away from the main living space, while the first-floor open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area pulls everyone together. One bedroom has an ensuite; the other two share a family bathroom. Underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove keep things warm, and there is wifi throughout. Electricity, bed linen and towels are included.

The kitchen is properly equipped for cooking—electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave and fridge mean you can feed a group without fuss. Outside, an enclosed garden has a hot tub for six, sitting areas and a barbecue. There is a play area for children and bike storage if you plan to explore. The property sits in quiet countryside near Boncath, with views across toward the Preseli Hills. One dog stays free. Smoking is not permitted.
