The Preseli Hills rise across the horizon from this ground-floor cottage on a working farm near Boncath, and the Pembrokeshire coast lies within driving distance. Capel Colman Cottages and the wider countryside of north Pembrokeshire are on the doorstep. The Dairy itself is one of three holiday properties on the site, finished throughout to a high standard with level access throughout.

Two bedrooms and two bathrooms serve four guests. The main living space is open-plan, with kitchen, dining and sitting areas flowing into one another; a wood burner anchors the living room, and large windows frame the rural views. One bedroom has a king bed with ensuite shower, the other has two zip-and-link single beds (convertible to a super-king) and a shared bathroom with bath and shower. Essentials are included: electricity, bed linen, towels and wi-fi. The kitchen is properly equipped for cooking—electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave and air fryer all available. An air source heat pump and underfloor heating keep the cottage warm; fuel for the wood burner is supplied. A cot and highchair can be arranged.

One dog can stay free of charge. There is parking for two cars on site, plus an EV charging point. A utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer is available (shared with the other cottages). An enclosed front garden has seating and a barbecue. The cottage is non-smoking throughout.
