Goose Cottage

Lydstep village sits on Pembrokeshire's southern cliffs, with Tenby a short drive away and the coast within walking distance. Goose Cottage is part of a small resort here, where the landscape opens towards Caldey Island and across to the Gower. The setting is rural and quiet, but with shared facilities that include a heated swimming pool, tennis court and children's play area.

The cottage sleeps 6 across three bedrooms: a double on the ground floor, a twin upstairs, and a third room with bunk beds. Ground floor living is open plan, with a kitchen equipped for proper cooking and a bathroom with bath and shower. Towels, bed linen and wifi are provided. The garden has seating where you can sit out, and there is private parking on site. One dog is welcome to stay free of charge. No smoking indoors.

The heated pool is 10m by 5m with depths ranging from 0.9m to 1.5m, and shower and changing facilities are nearby. A travel cot and highchair are available if you ask when you book. This works well for families wanting both the freedom of self-catering and access to resort amenities, or for groups who want a base near the coast without being in a town.
