Green Acre is a detached house in St Dogmaels, Pembrokeshire, sleeping 10 across four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The River Teifi runs just 100 yards away, with walking access to the coastal path towards Poppit Sands in one direction and the village in the other. Albro Castle is nearby for days out beyond the immediate area.

The ground floor holds a living room with a wood burner and 42-inch smart TV, a separate dining room, and a kitchen with electric range, dishwasher and breakfast area. Upstairs are the four bedrooms: one with a kingsize and bunks, two with kingsize or twin singles, and one with bunks. Two bathrooms serve the property—one en suite to the first bedroom, one on the landing with a bath and shower. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and electricity are included, plus initial logs for the burner. The garden is large and enclosed, with a raised patio, seating and a barbecue.

One dog or cat is welcome at no extra cost. The property suits multi-generational groups; a travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available. On-site parking fits four cars. No smoking inside.
