Green Meadow occupies a striking position on the riverbank itself, a restored semi-detached house that accommodates ten guests across five bedrooms and four bathrooms. A private balcony overlooks the water—coracles still fish the river as they have for centuries—and the golden sand of Poppit Beach is a five-minute drive away.

The ground floor holds a living room with a 40" TV, a separate dining room, and a kitchen equipped for proper cooking: electric cooker, dishwasher, American fridge freezer. There is also a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Bedroom 1 on this level is a super kingsize with ensuite shower and toilet; Bedroom 2 has two single beds. Upstairs, Bedroom 3 is another super kingsize with ensuite and heated towel rail. Bedrooms 4 and 5 are both twin rooms; a shared bathroom with bath and shower serves them. All bedrooms have Freeview smart TVs. Electricity, wifi, bed linen and towels are included; gas central heating runs October to March. The property is entirely yours, with space for three cars on the drive.

The hot tub—which fits eight—sits on the balcony and is available until 10pm each evening. A welcome pack is provided on arrival. A fenced river runs 100 yards from the property. No smoking throughout. Cardigan's producers' market and independent restaurants are within easy reach; the landscape beyond suits both family seaside days and quiet retreats.
