Lyserry Barns - Granary Cottage
Pembrokeshire
Granary Cottage is a single-bedroom converted barn on the edge of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, sleeping three. It suits couples after a quiet escape or small families wanting a base for exploring the cliffs and beaches. The property is yours alone—a modest, self-contained retreat where you can cook properly, dry washing, and light the wood burner on cooler evenings. A king and single bed in the bedroom, a sitting room with TV and DVD player, a bathroom with bath and shower, and a kitchen with the essentials mean guests can settle in without fuss.
The grounds are shared but substantial—an acre of lawned space with a courtyard and seating area, plus your own parking. You're positioned for serious coastal walking: the clifftop path runs nearby, and in the other direction lie the Bosherston Lily Ponds, known for otters and waterfowl. St Govan's Chapel, tucked into a cliff face and dating back centuries, is three miles away; the Green Bridge of Wales and its seabird colonies are the same distance. Tenby's harbour and medieval streets are a short drive, and from there boats run to Caldey Island. A request bus service stops close by for car-free days out. Electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included; the initial logs for the burner are there when you arrive. No smoking throughout.
