Swallow Barn

Pembrokeshire

View on Google Maps

Pembrokeshire's landscape of quiet country lanes, National Park walks and accessible beaches frames Swallow Barn, a converted 19th-century building now fitted out as a modern holiday home. The property sits on a single level throughout: a unified living and dining space centred on a wood-burning stove, a kitchen equipped for everyday cooking, two bedrooms (one with a king bed and ensuite, one with singles), and a second bathroom. Electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi are included; logs for the stove are supplied too.

The private garden, enclosed and lawned, has a sitting area, barbecue and furniture for outdoor use. Two cars can park on the property. One dog is welcome to stay at no extra cost. Smoking is not permitted; children under two cannot be accommodated.

From here, the Stackpole Estate and its network of footpaths are within reach, as are Bosherston Lily Ponds, Broadhaven Beach and Barafundle. Tenby, known for its harbour and Georgian townscape, lies nearby. Pembroke and its Norman castle are three miles away. The island of Caldey, with its monastery, is accessible by boat trip from local ports.
