Mary Cottage
Pembrokeshire
Mary Cottage stands in the heart of St Davids, in a conservation area directly above the cathedral grounds. The town itself is Britain's smallest city, though it functions as a village with independent shops, galleries, cafés and restaurants within easy reach. Whitesands Bay is a short drive away, and the Pembrokeshire coastal path begins nearby; boat trips to bird sanctuaries and other coastal activities are bookable from the town centre.
The cottage sleeps six across three bedrooms: two doubles and one twin. There is one bathroom, plus a separate toilet. The ground floor contains a living and dining space with a wood burner and freeview television, a well-equipped kitchen with a range cooker and dishwasher, and a utility room. Upstairs, a sun room with French doors opens onto a south-facing patio and enclosed rear garden, where teak furniture and a gas barbecue are ready for use. Bed linen, towels, wifi and heating are included. The property is non-smoking.
The garden is enclosed and sheltered, useful for children and those wanting privacy. Access to the patio involves steep steps from the sun room. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available on request. Parking is available in the public car park opposite the cottage.
