Newport sits within reach of some of Pembrokeshire's best coastal walking, with the Pembrokeshire Coast Path starting just a few minutes on foot from Rose Villa. The cottage itself is a 19th-century building offering space for six guests across three bedrooms—a double, a twin with single beds, and a bunk room. Two bathrooms serve the property, along with a kitchen where you can prepare meals, a sitting room with a woodburner, and an enclosed courtyard for sitting outside. One car can park on site. Electricity, wi-fi, bed linen and towels are all provided.
The ground floor includes a utility room with a washing machine, useful for longer stays. Upstairs, the double bedroom has its own shower cubicle. The layout works well for families or groups who want their own space. One dog can stay free; they're welcome throughout the property.
Pwllgwaelod Beach lies downhill from the cottage—a quieter stretch than busier spots along the coast. The village itself has pubs serving food, and the ruins at Cwm-er-Eglwys, a walk away, offer a different kind of attraction. Smoking is not permitted inside. Check-in is after 15:00 and checkout before 10:00.
