Swallow Tree is a three-bedroom lodge sleeping six, housed entirely on one floor within a holiday park near Saundersfoot. The open-plan living space centres on a kitchen fitted with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer—capable of handling proper self-catering. A wood-burning stove, Freeview TV and smart TV punctuate the living and dining zones, which open onto decked outdoor space. Bedroom one offers a king bed with ensuite shower; bedrooms two and three each have two single beds, served by a second bathroom with bath and shower.

Outside, a private four-person hot tub sits on the decking—the main draw for most visitors.
