The Bullpen

The Bullpen is a single-storey barn conversion on a 3-acre estate in Pembrokeshire, a short walk from Freshwater East Beach. The whole property is yours alone, sleeping four across a super king bed in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the open-plan living area. Everything you need for cooking is provided: electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. The bathroom is ensuite with a shower. Electricity, wi-fi, bed linen and towels are all included, along with parking for two cars on site.

The living space opens onto a small courtyard where you can sit outside. Beyond that lie the shared grounds—mature trees, gardens, patio areas and seating—though you have your own sitting-out space with furniture. A bike store is available if you want to explore further. The location suits anyone who wants to be near the coast without fuss: the beach is within easy reach, and Pembrokeshire's other sandy coves, cliff-top paths and water sports are nearby. Please note there is an enclosed pond in the grounds, roughly 100 yards away. No smoking in the property.
