The Sandcastle opens directly onto sand. This sprawling seven-bedroom property sits on Freshwater East Bay with the beach at your feet and a private heated swimming pool, hot tub and steam room all within the grounds. Bedrooms range across two levels: downstairs you'll find five rooms including a four-poster double and several with ensuite bathrooms, while upstairs are two further doubles. The ground floor gathers the living spaces around a kitchen equipped for cooking proper meals, a dining room and a sitting room with wood burner and doors onto a decked balcony facing the water. What arrives with the property matters: bed linen, towels, wi-fi, and heating are sorted. A welcome pack, travel cot, highchair and stairgate are provided.
The back garden has a seating area and gas barbecue. The pool, heated from April to October, measures 8m by 4m with a depth ranging from 1m to 2m, and has its own shower and changing facilities. The hot tub holds eight people. A steam room is for private use. Parking fits five cars. The house suits large family groups or friends holidaying together. Freshwater East Local Nature Reserve is nearby for walks. Smoking is not permitted inside.

We had a wonderful week at The Sandcastle. 3 Adults, 6 Children and a Cockapoo! Plenty to do, Pool, Steam room, Hot tub, Games room and we spent most of our time in the sea! Beautiful location and Michael (Owner) was really helpful and looked after us. We would love to return :-)

The Bells house is quite amazing! Where it begins and ends is still a mystery to us. But the overriding impact and best thing of all, is the situation. It is really ON the beach and thus the views from all the rooms are spectacular. We lived in Cornwall for several years, but we have to say we found the scenery in Pembrokeshire on a par with the West Country, but without the packed roads and home counties set, thank goodness, We would go again at the drop of a hat so thank you Mike and Linda for your great hospitality !

Had a fantastic long weekend celebrating my 21st birthday with my family, the house was amazing and had stunning views from hot tub, pool and balcony. There is great access down at the end of the garden, making it easy to go for a quick walk along the stunning beach the house is based on. Will definitely be booking again and I recommend anyone looking for a place on the coast to book ASAP.
