Pembrokeshire

Freshwater East sits at the edge of a broad sandy beach on Pembrokeshire's southern coast, within the national park and a short drive from Pembroke. The hamlet has a traditional pub, and the area draws walkers, swimmers and families exploring a stretch of coastline dotted with coves, headlands and quieter beaches. Tenby and Saundersfoot are about thirty minutes away by car.

Seaview is one of two chalets within Freshwater Bay Holiday Village. It has two bedrooms—a double and two singles—and one shower room, sleeping four. Downstairs is an open-plan kitchen, dining and living space with a woodburner and Smart TV; the kitchen is equipped for proper cooking. Upstairs are the bedrooms, with one enjoying distant sea views. You have your own parking space and a shared garden area with seating. Electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included. The on-site restaurant and bar serves food with views across the bay.

The chalet is not suitable for smoking. It suits couples or small families wanting direct access to the coast without the crowds of the larger resorts nearby. A travel cot and highchair are available on request.

Stayed at an Airbnb listed property here, it's great for a quite getaway however the nearest shop for milk and bread even is at least a 4-5mile drive sadly... That was the only set back specially because we were with a toddler and a baby and kept running out of loads of stuff (we did carry plenty from home though)... Secondly the place is perfect for people who enjoy calm and quiet with a very beautiful beach right across the beach! Overall surely recommend! 4.5/5*

Location for a family holiday with kids is ideal. We have stayed at the holiday park several times and each time has been a great family holiday. The beach opposite the park has something for everyone. Free toilets at the entrance, including baby changing and disabled facilities. There is also a public car park if you just want to visit the beach. The park is located between Tenby, a 20 minute drive, and Pembroke, a 10 minute drive. Jack's at the Longhouse offers food and beverages throughout the day and evening. We have stayed in several chalets across the park all through holidaylettings.com, and they have not disappointed.
