Ty Canol suits families and small groups looking for a self-contained base in rural Pembrokeshire. The detached cottage sleeps six across three bedrooms: two with king beds and one with singles. A single bathroom serves the property, and the ground floor has an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with French doors opening to an enclosed lawned garden with patio. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included, along with fuel for the woodburner. There is parking for two cars on site, and one pet stays free.
The location sits close to the River Teifi in open countryside, a few miles from Cardigan Bay's beaches and the market town of Cardigan. The cottage has been restored with character: exposed stone walls, beams, an original bread oven and inglenook fireplace. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering with a dishwasher, electric oven and hob. Inside, each bedroom has a television, and the bathroom has a bath with shower over. Families with young children will find a travel cot, highchair and stairgate available. Note that there are three steps in the garden, and smoking is not permitted. The property works well as a base for exploring the Pembrokeshire coast and countryside, whether you plan quiet walks or visits to nearby villages and historic sites.
