About Eckington Manor
Eckington Manor is a collection of old farm buildings on Hammock Road near Pershore, restored to combine their original character with more contemporary comforts. The setting is rural and quiet, with a garden and outdoor seating giving guests space to sit out, and free on-site parking for anyone arriving by car.
Rooms are adults-only and en-suite, with free WiFi and drinks provided, striking a comfortable, understated tone rather than anything overly formal. Food is a particular strength here, with a restaurant serving breakfast and evening meals, packed lunches available for days out, and a cookery school on site that guests can join for a hands-on, informative session. Staff are attentive and consistently praised for making visitors feel well looked after.
There are meeting rooms for those combining business with a stay, and 24-hour reception for flexible arrivals. Nearby, guests can find a golf course, pubs, restaurants and entertainment, making Eckington Manor a practical base for exploring Worcestershire beyond its own grounds.
What guests say
It’s not a hotel. There are no amenities or lounges/ staff in the afternoon. The accommodation is spread around a car park and most are dark rooms in a stable block with little natural light. Rooms are thrown together and need an upgrade. Basic amenities in room. No coffee machine. No robe. The restaurant is good but closed half of the week leaving unattractive pubs as the nearby options. It’s inconvenient. There is daily breakfast. The ‘Manor’ House isn’t the accommodation and looks dilapidated. You’re not coming to spend time in a grand home. It’s quiet unless there are tractors coming and going into car park at 11pm and 5am as I experienced. It’s very expensive for what you get. Staff are nice and restaurant is good and more like fine dining. I wouldn’t recommend it and would prefer to travel longer to find something better for the money and better provision and service. Website photos nice but isn’t good at explaining what it’s like. WiFi is poor. Not a fun place to stay. £260pn!! No air conditioning. Room very hot

We had such a lovely experience today! The food was absolutely delicious, and the customer service went well beyond our expectations. Everyone was incredibly friendly and made us feel genuinely welcome. We especially appreciated how accommodating the team were when we arrived with our twin babies. They kindly found us a more suitable, quieter spot where we could comfortably park our double pram, which made everything much easier for us. Overall, it was a fantastic visit, and we’re really grateful for the warm and thoughtful service.
