Bachilton Farm sits in open countryside near Perth, where a single yurt offers a different kind of escape. The building sleeps six across a double bed, two single futons and a double futon, all under canvas with a wood burner at its centre. Electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi are provided, along with initial logs for the stove. One bathroom with shower is housed in a separate block nearby.
The kitchen sits outside and runs on gas, with a barbecue, microwave and fridge for self-catering. A hot tub for six occupies the garden, which also has seating and furniture. Parking for two cars is on site. The yurt works for groups of friends or extended families after something out of the ordinary; it accepts one pet. No smoking inside.

Great location. Close enough to Perth, but tuck in out of the way. Yurt was cozy. Hot tub was great. Electric sockets, toilets, barbecue equipment. All great. Would recommend.

Myself my partner and my mum stayed in the Lochy cottage for 2 nights for my mums birthday and it was amazing. Staff were great at accommodating us and were lovely. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed. The hot tub was by far the highlight of the stay. It was modern, clean and well looked after. The location of the cottages was gorgeous and amazing sunsets. Only flaw I could name is that the sofa bed wasn’t the comfiest but could be easily solved with a mattress topper. Overall great stay and would recommend.

Me and the two kids absolutely loved our two-night stay at the Timothy yurt this week. The log burner, heater and twinkly lights made the yurt cosy, while the view, peaceful surroundings and hot tub (even in the February rain!) made the experience very memorable.

2nd year at this place (nine trees) cosy wee cottage has had some upgrades since last year ,very well taken care of ,helpful and friendly staff , oh amd hot tub 😁
