Boatland Cottage

Boatland Cottage is a detached Victorian lodge set in mature gardens on the River Tay's banks. The property is yours entirely, with parking on site and everything you need for a self-catering stay already in place—heating, electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are all included. The ground floor combines living, dining and kitchen areas; upstairs are two bedrooms, one with a zip-and-link super king (or twin beds on request) and one with a double. A shower room with heated towel rail serves both floors.

The kitchen is properly equipped for cooking: electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer mean you can manage a full week without laundry concerns. A patio with furniture sits outside for quieter moments. The cottage suits adults and older children; those under 5 cannot be accommodated. Smoking is not permitted indoors.

The riverside setting is peaceful for walks, and shops, restaurants and hotels are within half a mile. Perth city centre is a ten-minute walk away, offering parks, galleries and museums. Scone Palace lies just half a mile from the door. Quarrymill Woodland Park is nearby for woodland exploration, while St Andrews (golf, beaches, cathedral ruins) is an hour's drive, and Dundee's V&A design museum is similarly accessible.
