Hare House

The Tay Valley and Ochil Hills draw walkers and cyclists year-round, while Perth itself—a twenty-minute drive—has shops, restaurants and the river for leisure. Scone Palace, Branklyn Garden and various distilleries are within half an hour's reach. Hare House sits on substantial grounds in this landscape, a Georgian property with four bedrooms, four bathrooms and room for eight guests in total privacy.

Inside, the rooms are traditionally proportioned and decorated with an eye for comfort rather than fuss. Bed linen, towels and wi-fi are provided; electricity is included in the rate. The kitchen is equipped for cooking proper meals. There is a wood-burning fireplace, a hot tub in the garden (yours alone), and an enclosed area with a barbecue. An electric car charger is available. Cots and highchairs can be arranged for younger children.

The house is non-smoking throughout. It suits groups and extended families wanting breathing room and a base for exploring mid-Scotland without the feeling of being on a holiday park.
