Maggie’s Place

Maggie's Place is a single-storey mobile home on the grounds of Erigmore Holiday Park, near Birnam in Perth and Kinross. The whole property is yours for the week, sleeping six across three bedrooms: one double with an ensuite toilet, and two further rooms with single beds. A shower room serves the rest of the home. The open-plan living and dining area has a smart TV and electric fire, while the kitchen is fitted for proper cooking, with a gas cooker and electric oven alongside the usual fridge, microwave and coffee machine. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included.

Outside, a small front garden and terrace look onto the landscaped grounds of the holiday park itself. You get private parking for two cars. The wider park offers an indoor heated swimming pool (12m by 4m, varying depth between 1m and 1.6m), a shared sauna, a children's play area and an on-site pub and restaurant. Woodland walks start nearby, including the Hermitage trail with its waterfalls. Birnam village, with independent shops and cafés along the River Tay, is within walking distance; Dunkeld & Birnam railway station is also close by. Golf courses, distilleries and castles are scattered throughout the surrounding area. One well-behaved pet can stay free of charge. Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
