Newbigging Farm Cottage is a single-storey property arranged around one open-plan space. You arrive into a living area centred on a wood-burning stove, with a sofa bed and smart TV, then move through into a dining zone and kitchen without any internal walls between them. Patio doors lead out to a private courtyard with garden furniture. The two bedrooms—one with a super kingsize bed, one with a kingsize—sit off this main area, along with a bathroom containing both a bath and a walk-in shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking: electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. There is also a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen, towels and wood for the stove are included. Parking for two cars is provided on site, and there is an electric vehicle charging point. The cottage sits on a working farm among fields, close enough to Auchterarder for an easy walk into town but far enough out for genuine quiet. One well-behaved pet can stay free of charge. Smoking is not permitted inside.

The location puts you within reach of countryside walks and Auchterarder's shops and cafes. Gleneagles Hotel and Golf Resort lies a short drive away. Wed In A Shed, a distinctive local venue, is also nearby for those wanting something different.
