You enter The Coach House into a living room with French doors opening onto a conservatory kitchen. Two bedrooms—one with a kingsize bed, one with a single—share a bathroom on the ground and first floors. The kitchen has what you need to cook properly: electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave, and fridge. Bed linen, towels and wifi are included; heating and hot water are sorted.
This former Coach House sits on a private road above the village of Birnam, with its own enclosed garden and parking for one car. A garden shed holds a freezer and tumble dryer. One small to medium-sized dog can stay. Note that the cottage has steep and narrow stairs. The Pitcairngreen Inn is within walking distance, as are a shop and pub about 600 yards away. Dunkeld railway station is a ten-minute walk. The area suits walkers and cyclists, with castles, gardens, distilleries and fishing nearby.
