The site is absolutely immaculate. The grass is like walking on a bowling green it is so soft. Everything is well maintained and kept in top condition. There are a range of touring pitches, all with level gravel for the motorhome, and a large area of grass next to it for chairs etc. The facilities are slightly unusual in that a lot of the rooms combine a sink, toilet and shower. So you can do everything in one place 😂. It's a really nice 20 minute walk into town, or a 5 minute cycle. There is a theatre and a lovely river side pub less than a ten minute walk away. Finally, the staff are so friendly and efficient, lovely having a chat and getting some local information.

We had a fantastic stay. The staff were genuinely friendly and the facilities were spotless and very well maintained. The location was ideal close enough to town to walk in easily, but peaceful and relaxing. Highly recommended!

Only arrived today. Great location. Will update as the week goes on. Very friendly staff. Great little shop on site which has everything you could need last minute. And DVDs. Loads of DVDs. You can't even see the ones at the back of the pile. Watch 'em and bring' em back for free. Or bring back your old ones.

Lovely location. Well kept grounds. Superb facilities so clean. Lovely shower cubicles. Stopped here before will definitely use again on next trip.
