Faskally Woods Holiday Park

Shout out to the warden who made our 2nd night more peaceful as she did a great job and completely changed our original review. This was our second time coming across this staff member who is clearly a huge asset to this park and makes sure it's a great holiday for all guests. First night was so noisy with a huge group of older kids shouting right outside our caravan well past 10pm. We were disgruntled 3rd time visitors as my 6 year old daughter struggled to sleep with the ridiculous amount of noise. Kids out playing during the day is a huge part of what makes this park special however, well past 10pm at a family friendly park with ridiculous amount of noise needs to stop and clearly this lady was on to it! Great location, great facilities and we'll be back again for a (hopefully) sleepful trip.

Wouldn’t stay here again. First and most importantly as it’s noisy - for example people talking currently, loudly, outside their campervans at 11.45 at night and later and has happened most nights of our 9 night stay. Also music being played loudly during the day by other campers. The pitches (serviced ones especially) are also very small - not enough room for awning and a car, without jutting out into the road slightly. That said - if you're a family and want to meet with friends and make a load of noise at all hours of the day it’s probably great for you. The toilet blocks are good and well cleaned, and pizza was tasty. And there is a nice river walk from the site. Staff are friendly. Just not a site if you’re looking for a quiet getaway! We had deliberately picked this place as other reviews suggested noise wasn’t tolerated, so leaving a review to suggest that this in not in fact the case for other people wanting a quieter affair. If you’re here for walking and want early get ups look elsewhere.

Stayed one night with my campervan. Beautiful scenery with very clean facilities. The staff at the reception was very helpful and even recommended places to eat the next day in Inverness. Highly recommend for a stopover.

We had an overnight stop as we had just bought a campervan and we're desperate to go on our first adventure with it. The location is lovely with great Scottish scenery. There are plenty of plots with electric hook up points and water taps. As it was off season the place was quite (which we enjoyed of truth be told). There is a bar & restaurant on site with games room and swimming pool. There is also laundry rooms and dish washing facilities. There are toilet blocks which are very clean and looked after with really good shower facilities as each shower cubicle also had plenty of room to shower and get dressed etc. I would recommend and have no doubt we will be back there.
