What visitors say
A modernised cinema experience. Clean and accessible. Not as many staff around on my daytime visit but even so the place is vibrant has many options for cinema nibbles and drinks. The venue has a Costa sit in venue within the cinema complex building they also offer free mobile charging points and a relaxed area to take a break. There are ample toilet facilities too. Parking is NOT part of the odeon service it is a local authority car park and it is often checked by enforcement officers so don't just park DO get your parking ticket as £100 fines hurt the pocket and ruin the trip to the cinema. Booking in advance can save you money and you can also take an option to join their Odeon club it offers a number of savings. If you are lesser able and need assistance at the cinema the staff are excellent in helping you. They also let you know about a national cinema card supporting those with some extra needs(A list of acceptable proof I available online by typing in CEA cinema card). The cinema has evolved with the times and definitely Tamworth Odeon has made the place a Safe Zone for all to attend. Check this venue out its well worth it.

Haven't visited this Odeon in I think around nearly 11 years? Don't think I will be returning either. The parking is absolutely terrible still. I only came for food, and the first hurdle was trying to use the painfully slow order kiosks. When I had finally finished tapping my order in, the card payment was endlessly declining before I could even present my card. Very annoying. Second kiosk worked fine and then the service was extremely quick and the food excellent as always. The lobby was absolutely arctic though. Overhead a few people complaining about that. Definitely not ideal for the food or the sit in Costa. All in, a bit of a mixed bag. The staff seem to be doing their best working with a bad set up. Definitely needs some TLC and an overhaul.

Lovely clean cinema. Friendly staff. Seating is great. Its been a long time since I went to the cinema and these seats are great now. Plenty of leg room, a place for your drink and you can stretch out on them.

Can’t buy a drink past 8:00 when the movie starts at 7:40. I asked for a drink at 8:00 they said they had closed the tills. The bar staff radioed their manager and because they had counted the tills early he didn’t want to serve anyone. I was paying by card so would’ve made no difference to the tills being counted and still said no. The bar staff then suggested to go and get a drink from the co op which was completely unprofessional. Won’t be coming again
