Adam & Fiona have the perfect stay on Skye. An absolutely gorgeous spot. A very private and quiet separate addition to their home with everything you need for a comfortable, relaxing stay. We were greeted on arrival, shown the rental and given all the information we could ask for to make visiting Skye a success. Adam is such a terrific, genuine host. The stay is stocked with breakfast items, coffee maker, kettle, and milk in the fridge. Probably one of the most comfortable beds we’ve had and the quiet led to an amazing couple of nights sleep. A local crofter has a flock of sheep in the adjacent field and it was delightful to watch the lambs and ewes. Just idyllic. The stay is minutes outside Portree, but in a setting that feels like you are in the Scottish countryside, and you are! Storr is a few minutes up the road and the views from the house are just amazing. We got so incredibly lucky when we found this on Airbnb. So very highly recommended if you are traveling to Skye. The photos on Airbnb are exactly what you will find. No surprises, nothing to disappoint. Thank you Adam & Fiona for helping to make our Skye holiday an absolute dream. A hidden gem just 5mins drive from the harbour and center of Portree. A very stylish, comfortable and quiet guest house (we were lucky enough to see rabbits, hares, lambs and deer in the surrounding gardens) with lovely views of the mountains (on a clear day) and central to the wonderful sights of Skye. The owners were fabulous, nothing too much trouble, friendly and had a lot of knowledge of Skye, giving us Tips and directions to our interests. Breakfast was basically anything you asked for, all home made and delicious. I saw a couple of reviews of the WIFI not being too good but this has obviously been fixed as 4G was no problem whatsoever. My only dissapointment was not having stayed longer than the 3 nights but i will definitely return. Thank you Shona and Colin for excellent care!

There isn't anything negative that could be said about this lovely residence. Our hostess Seonaidh is so welcoming and so attentive with every little touch just so beautifully done. Couldn't recommend it more warmly.
