Superb clean room, very friendly and helpful staff/owners. It is a very quiet house, although you can here people on the stairs (this cant be helped) there was no noises coming from other rooms. Handy location short walk to either Southsea or Portsmouth city center. Had five nights and was cheaper than Ibis. I would deffinatly stay again should the need arise.

Lovely Studio apartment 🤩 I hugely appreciate the upgrade due to a problem with my booking in the other ‘sister’ hotel. Staff really were very helpful and kind by sorting me out with parking as well. Not the most comfortable bed in the world, but all facilities made up for it 👏

The room looked nice on the surface but when I got in the bed I started itching and eneded up scratching most of the night, the bed linen coudn't have been clean also the radiator temperature was too low for the time of year. It's a pity about the room as the staff were helpful and nice.
