A super friendly welcome. Pitches are okay, but don’t offer too much privacy. There are 2 sanitary blocks, that are okay, but could probably do with a refresh. The shop stocks a few necessities. The bar / entertainment area is the highlight of this site. £38 per night for a pitch with EHU.

Updating previous reviews to reflect that the only negative that was posted has been rectified. Two new toilet and shower blocks so as of my stay July 21st 2026, all here very good. Third visit in three years as family nearby and it's perfect for us.

Touring park is part occupied by long term residents. Expect dogs, track suited young men hanging around and traveller site style conditions. Facilities clean but basic. Did not feel safe to leave motorhome during the day so avoided going out. Much nicer sites in the area. Avoid.

When we arrived at 7.15 the restaurant was beautifully decorated and had a lovely atmosphere. Sadly this was the only positive of the evening. It is worth saying this was a fixed menu event with mains pre-ordered. It was 45 minutes before the starter of a sharing platter arrived. It was plentiful and OK if you like deep fried everything. From here things went from bad to worse. It was gone 9.30 before our mains were served. At 9 o'clock we were told it would only be a few minutes. This was far to late to eat and as a result we didn't have dessert. The vegetables with the main were seriously undercooked and my salmon was oily and more bone than fish. The two waitresses were overworked and, although they tried, could not manage customers expectations and disappointment. They did say the chef had gone on holiday and a member of the bar staff had been drafted in to cook. This is poor management and put unfair pressure on everyone. If there was no chef the event should have been cancelled. Our bill should have been adjusted to reflect the poor evening and, sadly we will not visit again or recommend the restaurant.
